Coach Mitch and Nick's schedules are packed with their kids camps, and travels during the month of June. The Thursday kid's BJJ class will be paused during the next month and will resume on Thursday July 9th. Monday and Wednesday classes will continue as normal. Starting June (next week) we're removing the lunch time Fundamentals class and trying something new. Thursday BJJ class will bump up to noon and run for the hour like normal. On Tuesday we're going to experiment with a 90 minute BJJ class. Starting at 12pm we'll do 30-45 minutes of drilling, followed by 15-20 minutes of games/positional rolling, followed by open rolls from 1-1:30pm. This is open to all levels. 😘😁💪
